It was just a balanced option for a short-term stay in Grasmere with good price-quality ratio. The breakfast selection was impressive, especially the freshly cooked eggs Benedict that we enjoyed every morning. Be mindful of the high prices for drinks in the bar area.

Had an amazing weekend getaway with friends! We explored stunning places like Ambleside and Elterwater. The rooms were comfy, and the location was perfect for our adventures. Just a heads up—service can be spotty during busy times, but overall a great place for relaxation and fun!
We did encounter a delay with our dinner order, which was frustrating. Waiting nearly an hour for our meal was not ideal, especially since we saw other tables served before us.
